How it works
1. Initial contact and job setup
For current clients, we log the job directly into our system. If you are a new client or registering a new site, we’ll send a ‘New Customer Form’ to gather the necessary information.
2. Job assignment and engineer notification
The job is assigned to a skilled engineer who is then notified and provided with all the relevant job details.
3. On-site service and reporting
The engineer arrives, addresses the issue, and completes the necessary repairs or notes further requirements. A job report is then submitted.
4. Follow-up and communication
We send the job report and invoice to you within 48 hours. If additional work is needed, we’ll follow up as required.
